- Connect authentically and build trust through applied improvisational games that support agility, spontaneity, and creativity.
- Learn how to apply Ziksana’s Appreciative Listening Tool to develop a more open and inclusive culture.
- Learn the difference between open and closed-ended questions and identify specific situations where they can be most effectively applied.

Creating Psychological Safety
- Experience improvisational games and activities that illustrate what it takes to build a psychologically safe environment where people feel safe to show up as their full selves.
- Learn how to use a diagnostic tool to assess your team’s current level of psychological safety.
- Identify specific areas for improvement and actionable steps to increase levels of psychological safety.

- Use Gallup StrengthsFinder™ to understand their personal strengths and how they can be most effectively applied in a team setting.
- Understand their teammates’ strengths and what types of roles and responsibilities are most appropriate for each strengths domain.
- Experience a game simulation that demonstrates how strengths-based teams can assign the right responsibilities based on individuals’ strengths profiles.
- Receive a team strengths map that informs teams how to collaborate more effectively and fill in any gaps that might be affecting performance.

- Receive a simple framework that highlights the different ways people build trust based on both personal relationships and task performance.
- Understand how they personally build trust in comparison to other team members.
- Use a diagnostic tool to identify strengths and challenges related to trust with other team members.
