- Learn how to apply Ziksana’s Appreciative Listening Tool to develop a more open and inclusive culture.
- Learn the difference between open and closed-ended questions and identify specific situations where they can be most effectively applied.

Giving & Receiving Feedback
- Understand the importance of giving and receiving feedback to direct reports on a consistent basis.
- Learn and practice using a 5-Step Process for Giving Feedback through experiential activities.
- Learn tips for giving both formal and informal feedback in ways that increase the likelihood of performance improvement.

Strengths-Based Management
- Use Gallup StrengthsFinder™ to understand their own strengths and how they inform their personal leadership and coaching style.
- Understand their direct reports’ strengths in order to assign strengths-based roles, boosting productivity and engagement.
- Experience a game simulation that demonstrates how strengths-based leaders assign the right responsibilities based on individuals’ strengths profiles.
- Receive a team strengths map that informs them how to collaborate more effectively and fill in any gaps that might be affecting team performance.
