Whether contemplating a future change or navigating a current one, ACCELERATE prepares Senior Leaders to drive and manage organizational change. In this program, leaders will practice facilitating the process of change, influencing stakeholders, and motivating employees – all through play.

Program Objectives
- Identify and learn how to use a simple process for leading organizational change
- Equip leaders with foundational skills, such as influencing others effectively, to help them facilitate organizational change.
- Gain confidence collaborating and implementing change through a gamified change simulation.

- Experience entertaining games from improvisation theater that illustrate how listening and asking questions are critical skills for leading change.
- Learn the difference between open and closed-ended questions and how to use them appropriately to facilitate change.

- Learn the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, as well as specific motivation factors that enable others to participate in and support the change process.
- Learn how to design and prototype small change initiatives based on different motivation factors.
- Learn how to design initiatives that naturally inspire people’s participation using principles from Game Design.
