Program Success Story



There was a lack of shared understanding about the company’s mission, vision, and values, both among the leadership team and employees.

Ziksana delivered the ALIGN program as part of an Executive Retreat for the company’s C-Suite Leaders. The playful activities and games helped leaders feel more connected to one another, more creative, and eased their ability to share ideas. Inspired by the playful approach, Ziksana then facilitated practical discussions to help leaders align around a shared vision, mission, and values for the organization. Following the retreat, Ziksana provided 18 months of Executive Coaching to all 7 members of the Executive Team to sustain alignment and motivation towards building a new culture.

The Executive Team became more personally connected to the mission, vision, and values of the organization. They no longer relied on memorization, but instead nationally embodied the company’s values. After working with Ziksana, LeaseLabs developed a stronger shared culture that gave the company a sense of identity and enabled better results. Over the course of 12 months, the Executive Team’s alignment improved by 60%.
